This is just a reminder to all AWL customers regarding support tickets sent in. Please do NOT contact any Support Team staff regarding the status of your submitted support ticket unless 24 hours has passed. Almost all tickets are processed within 24 hours after being submitted. By almost, I mean basically all of them, with the exception of some that may take some time investigating or when we are backed up, which occurs very rarely. Contacting a Support Team member to tell them you've just submitted a ticket or asking when it will be completed only makes their job harder and will make your tickets take longer to be completed. If your ticket has not been responded to by one of our Support Team members within 24 hours, then feel free to contact us and we will let you know the status of your ticket.
